Personal Programming for Youths
Kyle Clechenko is driven to help youths learn how to train sustainably so they can become healthier, avoid injury, and advance their sports performance.
He applies our sustainable training practices to ensure that all of his young athletes establish a robust foundation of strength, proper technique, and cardiovascular health before progressing to the more nuanced components of skill and power development.
Marvin Pearson, a rising college freshman who will be playing D1 football at Elon University, says this about Kyle’s coaching: “I wouldn’t be here without him. Coaches like Kyle are rare to find in my region, and he is the best around.”
Kyle currently coaches youths of all ages. He provides personal programming to those involved in athletics as well as those who aren’t.
